Hi there! Here’s a little about me: I was born and raised in Vancouver, B.C. but I have lived in the US for the past 12 years. So yes, I AM CANADIAN. And yes, you can probably hear a slight accent. Currently I live in Los Angeles, and before that I was in San Francisco and Seattle. I think that makes me an official West Coast Girl.
I am an animal advocate, but not a freaky one. I used to own a farm and rescue horses. I’m a vegetarian. I have two very fancy bicycles that I prefer riding over driving a car.
My current passion project is trying to start a kid friendly makerspace in Los Angeles. If you want to help, please let me know.
Currently I’m working as a Technologist at UC Irvine Digital Media Learning Hub and as an Interactive Producer at the USC Annenberg Innovation Lab. Previously I co-founded a startup called Noot, a real-time interactive sports game. Before that I worked at Topspin and Microsoft as a Senior Program Manager. I’ve been building awesome web stuff for 15 years.
I’m married to Sean Bonner and we have a super cute baby named Ripley who is one. He traveled with us for 5 months to Europe and Asia. We have a cat named Lucky who you may recognize from Cat Workout.
I’m available on a contract basis to help you with your software and online media projects. If you would like my full resume, you can check it out on my LinkedIn Profile or right here on my site.
